Membership Renewals
As UK-SBA membership runs for a 12 month term, membership dues must be renewed yearly to remain an active member of the Society and to maintain certification.
The transfer route to the UKBA(cert) is now closed. Please refer to new routes to the UKBA(cert) for guidance on eligibility for the UKBA(cert).
Registration and renewal fees apply as per the tables below:

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Requirement:
UKBA(cert) and UKiBA members will require 16 specified CPD to meet renewal criteria.
Practising Registrant Members will require 6 CPDs to meet renewal criteria.

All members agree at the point of renewal to abide by the UK-SBA Code of Ethical and Professional Conduct and the
UK-SBA Complaints Procedure. Behaviour analytic practitioners must hold appropriate insurance cover, a current Disclosure, i.e. a DBS for England and Wales, Access NI for Northern Ireland and Disclosure Scotland and an up-to-date record of Safeguarding training.
Please note anybody renewing from a UKBA(cert), UKiBA and Practising Registrant will need to attach evidence to their account to demonstrate that they have completed the required Continuing Professional Development during their last term of membership as per the conditions of membership.

Please Note: The CPD requirement for all UKBA(cert) and UKiBA renewals is to align with the requirements to maintain the new certifications. Evidence must be uploaded to a members account for approval. This change does not affect Practising Registrants as they do not hold UK-SBA certification.

If you meet eligibility for a different category you should renew your existing account under the new category. Once your membership renewal is approved you will be able to download your membership badge with your renewed membership end date. To be fully approved a registrant must have completed their account in full and provided all required supporting evidence.
Once your renewal is approved you can use your membership badge on your signature, email and marketing materials to show you are UK-SBA registered.
