  • All membership registrations and renewals will be closed during this period as changes to our registration and renewal systems and fees will be implemented.
  • The transfer route to UKBA(cert) will close on 19th December 2025.  All new routes new routes to the UKBA(cert) will open on 05th January 2026.
  • New registration fees and tiered renewal fees will be implemented for all registrations/renewals from 05th January 2026 as announced in October 2025.  Please note tiered renewal fees are applied according to membership expiry dates and these cannot be overridden.  Please see the tables below for a summary of new fees.
  • Changes to CPD requirements will be applied to all members from 20th December 2025. Go to Register Requirements for full details.
  • APD Provider Registration - to open on 05th January 2026.
  • Please do not contact the administrator (admin@uk-sba.org) during this closure period as this email account will not be monitored.
  • The Membership Team will be unavailable during this period as all registrations and renewals will be closed.
  • Complaints via the Complaints Process will be received as normal but a response from the Complaints Secretary may be delayed due to the Festive closure.

The UK-SBA will re-open fully on Monday 05th January 2026.

Registrations to become an APD Provider will open on 5th January 2026.

The APD framework recognises high-quality professional development activities that support ongoing competence, ethical practice, and evidence-based behaviour analysis for UK-SBA certificants.

Eligible individuals and organisations will be able to apply via the UK-SBA website.

Becoming an APD Provider offers an opportunity to contribute to professional standards and support meaningful continuing development across the UK behaviour-analytic community.
